MOGSouth (the mother ship) has been divided into three regions:
MOGSouth - Western Region (primarily Alabama and Georgia)
MOGSouth - Southern Region (Florida a/k/a GatorMOG)
MOGSouth - Eastern Region - (primarily North & South Carolina)
MOGSouth was divided into these three regions because there are members that would not or could not participate in activities that were deemed too far away or simply not close to home. Quite a few folks will no longer drive distances nor drive after dark. Also, driving in a Morgan without air conditioning can be problematic.
A regional focus seems a better solution to meeting the needs of our demographic.
Some activities may be focused on a single region (but are really open to anyone) while others may be "consolidated" with participation encouraged from all regions. In addition, each region has a "Regional Lead Volunteer" to help coordinate the regions' Morgan related activities.
